Who is Ritzel Loredo-Rectra?
Ritzel Loredo-Rectra is a Digital Process Automation Consultant and the founder of Mighty Tzel Virtual Solutions, with over 23 years of IT System Consulting experience across industries like Retail, Oil & Gas, and Card Loyalty. From being a COBOL Legacy Developer to a Technical Business Analyst and Operations Lead, her journey has been built on solving complex business challenges with seamless, scalable systems.
While managing her 9-5, she launched her VA career in 2018, helping women coaches, consultants, and service providers simplify and scale their businesses. In 2022, she discovered Go HighLevel (GHL) and recognized its power to automate processes, remove inefficiencies, and enhance client experiences—a game-changer for both businesses and Virtual Assistants.
Driven by her passion for empowering VAs, Ritzel founded the EaseUp GHL Freelancer community, a space dedicated to helping Freelancers and Virtual Assistants transition into high-demand GHL specialists. She also created the 90-Day GHL VA Accelerator Program, a hands-on, practical training that teaches VAs to automate, build systems, and position themselves as premium service providers.
Through her mentorship and community, she is on a mission to help VAs work smarter, earn more, and create long-term success. Ritzel believes that with the right skills and mindset, any VA can transform their freelancing career into a thriving, high-value business.
Outside of work, Ritzel is an introvert, a mother to one handsome son, and a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband.
